Barbecued Frankforters
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 lb. frankfurters
8 to 10 long sandwich buns
In skillet, saute' celery and onion in butter until tender. Mix next 6 ingredients together in a saucepan, simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add frankfurters to sauce and cook over low heat, until heated through. Serve with sauce in buns.
